Early in life I found fitness and sports to be my true passion. By age six, I had started playing many sports, with Hockey being my central focus. After a successful Hockey career, a few close friends asked if I wanted to give CrossFit a try. About eight years ago I performed my very first CrossFit workout with Blake at Anytime Fitness using the few tools we had at our disposal. It was incredibly humbling and like he said, “the rest is history.” CrossFit has expanded my knowledge of fitness and health tremendously. I am highly motivated to share my journey; together we can help many members develop and maintain a healthy enjoyable lifestyle.
