STARTING OFF CAN BE INTIMIDATING FOR MANY AND THAT'S WHY WE HAVE A GUIDED INTRO EXPERIENCE FOR YOU.
Our On-Ramp / Foundations program will introduce you to the gym and its amenities, get you comfortable with the technologies and equipment, teach you fundamental CrossFit movements and scaling options, and explain how group classes operate so you can be comfortable from day 1 of your first group class. Oh, and did we mention that you'll get 2 weeks free upon completion of the On-Ramp / Foundations program?
Get the kids involved in being active while having fun
SOMETIMES KIDS NEED A LITTLE MOTIVATION, TOO, BUT THAT DOESN'T MEAN FITNESS CAN'T BE FUN.
Our CrossFit kids class is intended to stimulate the body and the mind, incorporating physical activities so fun they don't even realize they're getting fit - if only our normal classes were structured like that! Have your kids get in on the action, they won't regret it, and neither will you (just think how well they'll sleep those nights)!

In its true definition, CrossFit is “constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity.” But, in its practical, everyday life application definition, it’s hands-on fitness at it finest with coaching that ensures you're performing movements at the proper weights and in a safe manner.
