Our On-Ramp / Foundations program will introduce you to the gym and its amenities, get you comfortable with the technologies and equipment, teach you fundamental CrossFit movements and scaling options, and explain how group classes operate so you can be comfortable from day 1 of your first group class. Oh, and did we mention that you’ll get 2 weeks free upon completion of the On-Ramp / Foundations program?
