I’ve been into athletics my whole life, having played most of the traditional sports, including soccer and baseball, ran track & field, and trained jiu jitsu and mixed martial arts. Then I found CrossFit and I haven’t looked back. While I have a love/hate relationship with it during workouts, I love that it’s an activity the whole family can participate in, enjoy competing and pushing myself, and I absolutely love coaching.
