Great facility! Love working out here. Trainers are very motivating and encouraging. Fun and interactive work outs that really push you. Kid-friendly facility. I really felt comfortable working out here. Very inclusive facility that meets the needs of everyone despite different strength and ability levels. If you haven’t already tried CrossFit, this should be your first stop!!!!
