- CrossFit Gymnastics
I began my history of athletics in middle school, participating in Basketball and Track and Field. It was in High School that my love for Track and Field began. I ran the sprints and sprint relays, making it to State my Freshman through Junior years. My senior year I was injured but was offered and accepted a scholarship to run at the University of Indianapolis, where I became an All-American Athlete in the 4x100m relay and school record holder.
A few years out of college I felt I was missing something. Shortly after the birth of my daughter, I found CrossFit and felt that love I’d felt back when, both for the CrossFit methodology and the CrossFit community. With 8 years of combined Coaching, competing, and overall CrossFit participation experience, I enjoy meeting and working with people. More than anything I enjoy helping others meet their fitness goals and knowing that I played a small part in their successes in the gym.
When I’m not at the gym, I’m either working or enjoying spending some relaxation time with my husband Blaine and our two children, Brilee and Brayden, and our dog, Harley Quinn.
